As a Professional Intern in Quality in Ate, Peru, you will join the team responsible for ensuring our products maintain the highest global standards before reaching those who need them most. In this role, you will have a direct impact on maintaining our Quality Management System, collaborating closely with local operations and import flows in a continuous learning environment. Opportunity * Perform physical inspection, photographic documentation, and verification of labeling and inserts for incoming medical products. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date batch records and inspection orders for reconditioning processes. * Verify Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and promptly report any discrepancies identified in products. * Manage segregation and inventory control of reference samples according to established requirements. * Download, analyze, and report the status of temperature monitors for imports, ensuring cold chain integrity. * Consolidate warehouse temperature record data and generate monthly compliance reports. * Support preparation of self-inspections and internal audits for storage and distribution processes. * Contribute to updating quality procedures and staff training on Good Practices. Who You Are * You hold a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Toxicology, or Medical Technology. * Available to undertake professional internships. * Intermediate level of English proficiency. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. * Detail-oriented, well-organized, and collaborative in your work style. * Familiarity or experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI and AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, etc.) is preferred but not required.
