Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager IT to lead a technical team, manage concurrent projects and campaigns, and maintain smooth client communication in the Telecommunications sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead technical teams and manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. 2. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align expectations. 3. Plan schedules, prioritize requirements, and supervise implementations. For this search, we are adding a **Project Manager IT** to a digital marketing agency leading projects and campaigns for a Telecommunications sector client: a collaborative, dynamic, and results-oriented environment. **Your mission in this role** As Technical Project Lead, you will be the operational cornerstone of the account: you will lead the technical team, manage multiple projects and campaigns in parallel, and maintain seamless client communication. Your role will be critical in safeguarding timelines, budgets, and delivery quality—making sound decisions even under pressure. **What you’ll do:** * Lead the account’s technical team, assigning responsibilities and supporting performance to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries. * Simultaneously manage projects and campaigns, coordinating resources and priorities without compromising quality. * Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align expectations, scopes, and timelines—avoiding rework. * Plan schedules with milestones and dependencies, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders. * Prioritize requirements based on business impact and urgency, and manage incidents to minimize campaign disruption. * Supervise technical implementations, validating requirements and standards before production release. * Monitor project budgets and hours, ensuring account profitability. * Maintain ongoing client follow-up, proactively reporting progress and risks. **What we’re looking for:** Essential Requirements: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent demonstrable experience). * Minimum 3 years of experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams. * Experience managing project budgets and hours. * Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. * Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously. * Strong negotiation skills, decision-making under pressure, and stress management in tight-deadline contexts. * Proactivity and autonomy in execution.
