Job Summary: We are seeking sales promoters to promote and introduce home decoration products, ensuring achievement of monthly targets and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Support in tasks assigned by immediate supervisor ***SALES PROMOTER – CENTRAL LIMA*** We are looking for SALES PROMOTERS residing in CENTRAL LIMA to work in retail stores promoting our home decoration products; ***preference given to candidates residing in CENTRAL LIMA districts***. **Requirements:** · Completed secondary education. · Minimum 6 months’ experience in retail stores or shopping malls as a sales promoter and/or brand ambassador. · Experience in direct customer interaction and service. · Experience in the retail, traditional trade, or department store channel. · Availability to visit assigned stores according to the schedule. · Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., including one-hour lunch break. · Availability to work Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., including one-hour lunch break. **Responsibilities:** · Promote and communicate product features. · Introduce the brand in stores. · Achieve monthly targets. · Follow up on customer orders and verify order details. · Escalate inquiries, complaints, and returns to the immediate supervisor and relevant departments. · Support in tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** · Total monthly remuneration: S/1430 (S/1130 base salary + S/300 mobility allowance) · Timely payments. · Pleasant working environment. · Career development path.
