Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager with experience in civil works to plan and audit QMS processes, ensure continuous improvement, and provide technical support for quality management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead quality management in civil works 2. Ensure continuous improvement of the Quality Management System 3. Conduct internal audits and training A company dedicated to the manufacturing and installation of glass requires a QUALITY MANAGER with experience in CIVIL WORKS. REQUIREMENTS: \-Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Manager for Construction Projects (certified) \-Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related fields \-Proven experience in quality management \-Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards \-Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office \-Willingness to work in provinces \-Documented CV RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Perform quality management tasks for proposal preparation \-Receive the Work Conformity Document signed by the client \-Prepare work valuations \-Submit the Work Conformity Certificate to the Sales & Projects Coordinator \-Plan and conduct internal audits of processes involved in the QMS \-Continuously monitor corrective and preventive actions \-Plan and deliver quality-related training to internal and external clients \-Manage documentation generated by the QMS to prevent use of obsolete documents \-Control procedures, standards, technical specifications, and other related documents \-Lead the monthly KPI dashboard and scheduled activity planning as part of management activities \-Ensure continuous improvement and proper functioning of the QMS \-Provide technical support for implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System \-Advise commercial departments on quality matters for future projects \-Maintain the Document Management System and administer document platforms \-Publish documents, update content, and manage changes within the system \-Support development of Construction Project Management Indicators \-Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS: General Labor Regime Payroll enrollment from day one Pleasant working environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
