Position: Graduate Architect Department: Architectural Projects Requirements: Recently graduated Architect Age: between 22 and 26 years old. Knowledge of the National Building Regulation (RNE). Design experience in: single-family and multi-family housing, commercial buildings, mixed-use buildings Ability to develop preliminary designs, full projects, and drawings for permits. **Competencies and Skills:** Proactive individual with energy and enthusiasm for teamwork. Responsible, punctual, and organized. High efficiency and strong ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and openness to feedback. Solution-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: Architectural project development from conceptual stage to final drawings. Internal coordination with other departments as required. Regulatory review and technical compliance verification of projects. Support in architectural proposals and design improvements.
