Requirements: Technical or university studies in Hospitality and Tourism, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Hotel Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front desk, customer service, or similar positions. Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office (basic/intermediate level). Knowledge of check-in, check-out, and reservation management processes. Experience handling cash and payment methods. Excellent customer service skills, effective communication, and strong service orientation. Ability to promptly resolve inquiries, complaints, and incidents.
