Our receptionist safeguards guests’ belongings and provides them with the necessary information to access our services, thereby contributing to delivering an exceptional, high-quality experience in accordance with the guidelines and procedures of the General Services and Service Department. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? - Safeguard personal belongings entrusted to us by guests, while providing up-to-date information about facilities and ongoing activities. - Promptly inform the Shift Supervisor of guests carrying weapons for entry and safekeeping. - Ensure effective communication of casino promotions to guests. What Do We Expect From You? - Completed, ongoing, or incomplete technical studies in: Commercial Aviation, Hospitality and Tourism, or Administration. - One year of experience in similar positions. - Availability to work rotating shifts.
