Development within a diverse project environment **Description:** A construction company is currently seeking qualified professionals for projects in Lima, Cusco, and other provinces of Peru. **Position Details:** Position: Construction Site Resident. Location: Lima and Cusco. Work Mode: On-site at construction sites. Position Type: Full-time during project execution. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday. Availability: Subject to prior coordination. Compensation: Market-competitive, based on verified experience and technical evaluation. **Requirements:** Profession: Licensed and registered Civil Engineer or Architect, duly accredited and authorized to practice. Minimum Experience: 36 months as a Construction Site Resident, Supervisor, or Inspector on building construction projects similar to educational facilities, healthcare establishments, banking or financial offices, residential buildings, commercial offices, warehouses, etc. * *The documented experience must explicitly state the position held, duration of employment, and name of the construction project. Additionally, the issuing authority and signature on the work certificate or equivalent document must be clearly legible.* Training: Relevant courses or diplomas in construction site residency and supervision, environmental management, occupational safety and health are considered.
