Position Summary: We are seeking a Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead and manage food and beverage operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of restaurants, bars, and events **Position Title:** Restaurant and Bar Manager **Position Mission:** Ensure full customer satisfaction in service delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize the operational activities of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel. * Supervise a team of 24 staff members (Captains, Sommelier, Bartenders, and Waiters\-Hostesses). * Responsible for Restaurant El Intipalka, Queirolo Bar, and Intipalka Bar, as well as events. * Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales. * Resolve problems or complaints arising during service while maintaining high service standards. * Manage work schedules and foster a positive working environment within the restaurant team. **Experience and Knowledge Requirements:** * Professionals with degrees in Hospitality and Tourism, Hotel Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. (Mandatory) * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. * Candidates must demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude and strong service orientation. * Preferred age range: 30–40 years (not restrictive; male or female). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Newhotel and Newpos is an advantage. * Knowledge of gastronomy, wines, mixology, customer service techniques, complaint and grievance management. * Leadership and team management skills, planning and organization, problem-solving ability, assertive communication, and customer orientation (internal and external). **Benefits:** * Initial contract of 03 months, followed by subsequent renewals every 06 months. * Market-competitive salary plus hotel points. * Provision of a private room for personal use, covered by the hotel. * Full meal coverage (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). * Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits. * Work schedule under a 21 x 5 regime. **Work Location: ICA** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
