As a virtual advisor and streamer, you will provide personalized advisory services to our customers, driving company sales through efficient, friendly, and results-oriented service. Additionally, you will participate in live streaming sessions to strengthen brand presence and promote our products. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via messages, calls, and other communication channels. * Provide clear and accurate information about products, promotions, and purchasing processes. * Encourage purchases and follow up on sales to meet commercial targets. * Accurately record completed sales and verify payments before scheduling orders. * Prepare sales reports and ensure proper operational control during your shift. * Conduct live streaming (Live) sessions to promote products, interact with customers, and boost sales. * Propose strategies that contribute to sales growth. * Resolve customer service issues and ensure a satisfactory shopping experience. * Comply with company-established procedures, protocols, and standards. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Professional or technical degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Mandatory experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles. * Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and commercial abilities. * Good on-camera presence and poise. * Proactivity, responsibility, and goal-oriented mindset. **Work Mode and Schedule** * Full-time on-site work. * Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM (one rotating day off per week) **Benefits** * Base salary: S/ 1,500, scalable based on experience and performance. * Corporate discounts across the business group. * Ongoing training and professional development. * Growth opportunities. * Join a brand with strong market projection.
