Lead and develop field sales teams. Drive the placement of payroll-deductible loans. Conduct daily performance tracking and goal attainment monitoring. Train and support the team throughout the commercial process. Analyze key performance indicators and optimize team productivity. What are we looking for? Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the financial sector. Knowledge of payroll-deductible loans and/or payroll deduction plans. Experience leading commercial teams and achieving targets. Leadership, motivation, and communication skills. Analytical ability and results orientation.
