Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Support professional for an international freight forwarding agency, who will provide commercial support, develop customer portfolios, and generate commercial intelligence strategies within the logistics sector. Generation of commercial intelligence strategies We are an international freight forwarding agency currently looking for talented Sales Support professionals to join our team in Lima, district of Santiago de Surco. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to the sales team * Continuously develop customer portfolio (new customers) in logistics and international trade * Schedule and execute monthly customer visit plans * Generate commercial intelligence strategies * Maintain strong business relationships with customers * Coordinate with the Commercial Manager and Management to implement strategies aligned with commercial objectives * Prepare commercial reports as requested by Management and/or immediate supervisor * Attend trade fairs * Provide commercial advisory services to customers according to their requirements **Requirements:** * Graduate of a Technical or Professional program * Minimum 1 year of certified experience in similar positions within customs and international trade sectors * Knowledge and experience in export and/or import processes at international freight forwarders, customs agencies, or logistics operators * Knowledge of international trade * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays as required by service needs * Work location: Santiago de Surco – reference point: in front of the Jockey Club **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Inclusion in general payroll * Statutory benefits * Bi-weekly and timely payments * Pleasant working environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Application question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Do you have experience in international trade and the customs sector? * How many years of certified experience do you have? * Are you available to work in Santiago de Surco? * Are you available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays as needed? * What is your academic degree and profession?
