Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Virtual Sales Advisor to provide personalized customer service and advisory support across multiple digital channels, managing the full sales cycle and coordinating order delivery. Coordination with key departments to ensure delivery and service. We are D'DARIEMS INTERNATIONAL, a Peruvian company with over 11 years of market presence, importing footwear for nationwide distribution. We are looking for Human Talent to join our team \#Dariems: VIRTUAL SALES ADVISOR, who must meet the following profile: Responsibilities Provide personalized customer attention and advisory services via WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels. Advise customers on models, sizes, colors, availability, promotions, payment methods, shipping, and exchanges. Follow up with potential customers until sale completion. Register orders in the system and verify customer information for dispatch. Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance departments to ensure proper customer service and order delivery. Prepare daily sales reports and keep the customer database updated. Inform customers about new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Achieve established sales targets and adhere to company-defined service protocols. Requirements Secondary education completed. Minimum 1 year of experience in digital and in-person sales, and customer service. Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Proactive, organized, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. Schedule Workplace: Cercado de Lima. Schedule: Monday to Saturday. Availability to work during commercial campaigns and high-demand periods (Cyber Days, Independence Day, Christmas, etc.). Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month.
