Job Summary: We are seeking an SCADA Coordinator to develop, maintain, and supervise automated systems, manage alarms, and coordinate preventive and corrective actions. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain SCADA technical competencies to ensure efficient and safe operations, providing development and training to others: technicians, operators, etc. Supervise in real time automated storage, picking, transportation, sorting, and infrastructure systems via SCADA, BMS, WCS, and other systems. Manage alarms, events, and operational deviations, prioritizing operational continuity and process safety. Proactively coordinate with field and remote teams on preventive actions to reduce incident risk and corrective actions to restore operational stoppages. Record events, incidents, and interventions in management systems. Prepare and analyze performance reports. Track service tickets with various vendors and assess service quality. Requirements: Technical graduate and/or university bachelor's degree in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience supervising SCADA systems, operating automated systems, and control rooms in industrial or logistics environments, preferably within the industrial sector. Knowledge of Electricity, Automation, HVAC, Refrigeration Systems, and PLCs. Knowledge of ERP Fracttal. English proficiency. Availability to work 6 days per week on rotating shifts in Punta Negra.
