At **Walabi Portabebés Perú**, we are looking for an **expert Sewing Technician** to join our production team. We are not seeking someone who merely knows how to operate an industrial sewing machine. We seek a person who takes pride in delivering flawless work, pays attention to every detail, and can produce items with superior finishing quality. Our baby carriers are high-demand products. Each component requires precision, symmetry, strong seams, clean finishes, and a high standard of quality. If your work is defined by excellence and meticulousness, we want to meet you. Responsibilities * Full production of ergonomic baby carriers. * Operation of industrial straight-stitch and overlock machines. * Working with various types of fabrics, including handmade textiles. * Production of items with fine finishes and high-strength seams. * Quality control throughout the entire production process. Essential Requirements * Minimum **3 years of proven experience** producing high-quality textile products. * Proficiency in operating industrial straight-stitch and overlock machines. * Excellent finishing skills and attention to detail. * Experience working with patterns and components requiring precision. * Straight, uniform, and clean seams. * Ability to follow technical specifications. * Responsible, organized, punctual, and committed to quality. * Immediate availability. **We do not seek rapid production with basic finishes.
