Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Second Cook for the preparation and presentation of exquisite and creative dishes, ensuring food hygiene and quality in a restaurant. Key Highlights: 1. DON 4 RESTAURANTE, a company in the gastronomy sector, is currently seeking: SECOND COOK We are looking for someone with experience in the preparation and presentation of exquisite and creative dishes to delight our guests. REQUIREMENTS: * 3 years of cooking experience. * Knowledge of various dishes. * Availability to work from Monday to Sunday, with 1 day off per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare mise en place according to the menu items. * Assist in executing dishes as ordered by customers, following waitstaff notes; * Maintain personal hygiene and food safety, as well as keeping the kitchen organized and clean; * Avoid food waste; * Ensure food quality by checking expiration dates and proper storage; * Assist in dish preparation and replenishment; * Follow the Procedures Manual and Good Practices; * Perform other related duties.
