Apply now and become part of this new chapter with us! **REQUIREMENTS** \- Technical or university degree in Gastronomy. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions at Chinese restaurants (MANDATORY) \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Residence in areas near CC. El Polo \- Santiago de Surco **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Supervise proper uniform usage by assigned staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards (BPM) and kitchen safety protocols. \- Assist the Head Chef in organizing the team and assigning tasks to ensure efficient workflow. \- Support the training of new staff and reinforce kitchen standards among existing team members. \- Serve as a communication bridge between the Head Chef and the team, ensuring operational instructions and changes are accurately conveyed. \- Report any incidents in the area and shift changes among cooks to the Head Chef. **COMPENSATION** Base salary of S/1130\.00 \+ Consumption surcharge \+ Monthly tips **ROTATING SHIFTS** **BENEFITS** \- Full statutory benefits \- 100% covered meals \- Formal payroll enrollment from day one \- Corporate discounts Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200\.00 \- S/.2,400\.00 per month Application questions: * What are your salary expectations? * Please provide your current mobile phone number. * In which district do you reside, and how far are you from CC.
