We are currently looking for a **Semi-Senior Java Backend Developer** to join our team. If you possess **Effective Communication, Adaptability, and Problem-Solving Skills**, this is your opportunity! **What will you do in this role?** Develop backend solutions with Java: Design and develop robust applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and SOLID principles, ensuring high code quality. Implement APIs and ensure security: Create and document APIs with Swagger, manage integrations with Azure API Management, and apply OWASP standards for secure development. Manage databases and persistence: Develop queries and handle relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle) using JPA for efficient persistence. Automate and ensure quality: Configure pipelines in Jenkins, perform testing with JUnit, Mockito, WebFluxTest or Rx Java, and monitor quality with SonarQube. Participate in agile environments: Collaborate within SCRUM teams, adopt practices such as TDD and BDD, and promote secure and efficient development at every stage. **What are we looking for in you?** Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Professional Experience:** · Minimum 3 years of backend development experience with Java, working with microservices on Spring Boot. · Experience working in cloud environments, especially with Azure. · Proficiency in relational databases such as SQL Server and knowledge of PL/SQL. · Familiarity with tools like Docker and DataPower. · Strong foundations in object-oriented, functional, and reactive programming. **What do we offer you?** Indefinite-term contract Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm **Work Modality – Hybrid \- Lima** 100% covered EPS health insurance Life insurance E-Learning training plan Half-day off for your birthday SOAINT Friends Referral Program SOAINT Prestige Recognition Program FlexWorking Your next professional adventure awaits.
