Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the development of end-to-end analytical solutions and accelerate the digitalization of after-sales channels, transforming data into strategic insights. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the development of end-to-end analytical solutions. 2. Drives digitalization and enhances customer experience. 3. Collaborates on regional digital transformation projects. **Position Objective** We seek a professional who will lead the development of end\-to\-end analytical solutions to accelerate the digitalization of after-sales channels (App, Web, WhatsApp Bot, and IVR). This role is responsible for transforming data into strategic information for decision-making, driving digital channel adoption and continuous improvement of customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement analytical solutions and data models for the digital ecosystem. * Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and generate business insights. * Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines. * Build executive dashboards and KPIs in Power BI. * Manage data quality, traceability, and governance. * Administer segmentation and databases for digital initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in regional digital transformation projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields. * **4 to 6 years** of experience in data analytics, Business Intelligence, or digital analytics. * Proficiency in **advanced SQL, BigQuery, and Power BI**. * Experience with **Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and Firebase**. * Knowledge of **ETL/ELT, data modeling, and Data Governance**. * Preferred experience with **Cloud Composer/Airflow** and **GCP** environments. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking. * Results orientation. * Problem-solving ability. * Effective communication. * Collaborative teamwork. * Proactivity and innovation Working Hours Monday to Friday, 08:30 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. Career Development Ongoing training programs Excellent work environment Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.5,800\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Miraflores, Lima
