Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Work Intern to provide support in managing medical leaves, subsidies, and procedures with relevant authorities. Key Highlights: 1. At Acurio Restaurants, we are looking for top talent to join our team as a Social Work Intern. This position is responsible for supporting the management of medical leaves and subsidies, registration of beneficiaries (SUNAT), and other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to Social Welfare objectives. · Job Responsibilities: Continuous monitoring of subsidy applications on the VIVA Platform, ensuring each case receives structured and agile follow-up. Updating and maintaining the subsidy control matrix, including application dates, processing status, observations, and recovery timelines. Organizing and safeguarding physical and digital documents related to subsidies (medical leaves, payment certificates, exchange requests, etc.). Assisting in the preparation and submission of case files to EsSalud and SUNAT for reimbursement of temporary disability and maternity subsidies. Following up on observations from EsSalud or other competent authorities, managing prompt responses to correct inconsistencies in procedures. Reviewing and verifying medical leaves to ensure their validity and proper association with the corresponding health insurance. Maintaining and updating employees’ social profiles, ensuring accurate registration of marital status, dependents, address, and other relevant information on our platform. Managing employee and dependent enrollment with EsSalud according to the Entity’s requirements. Conducting scheduled visits to EsSalud offices and banking institutions to follow up on subsidy case files and prevent delays in disbursements. Providing support for activities and programs managed by the department. · Your Profile Requirements: Graduate or degree holder in: Social Work, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Health Administration, Accounting, or Psychology.
