Comprehensive management of safety, occupational health, and environmental matters A metal-mechanical company is currently seeking an **SSOMA SUPERVISOR \- CONSTRUCTION SITE** for a **STRUCTURAL STEEL** project located in **VILLA EL SALVADOR**, with the following requirements: **Requirements:** * Industrial, Environmental, or related Engineering degree (Graduated) **\- Mandatory.** * Minimum 5 years of experience in metal-mechanical construction projects **\- Mandatory.** * Valid certifications for working at heights and high-risk activities **\- Mandatory.** **Main Responsibilities:** * 1\. Implement and ensure compliance with the OHSMS and EMS. * 2\. Prepare, finalize, and submit the project dossier for the ongoing work. * 3\. Investigate accidents and incidents occurring on the project site. * 4\. Enforce the annual SSOMA program on the project. * 5\. Properly manage OHSMS-related documentation. * 6\. Prepare and submit progress reports for the ongoing project according to the frequency required by supervision and/or the client. * 7\. Responsible for sending documents via email and maintaining corresponding copies in the SSOMA and SIG departments. * 8\. Attend subcontractor meetings and provide relevant information. * 9\. Prepare environmental and safety reports for the project. * 10\. Report accidents and incidents occurring on the ongoing project. * 11\. Verify third-party documentation. * 12\. Manage the delivery of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPE) on site. * 13\. Conduct safety, occupational health, and environmental inductions for workers and third parties involved in the ongoing project. * 14\. Ensure proper evacuation of workers from the construction site. * 15\. Conduct safety and environmental awareness campaigns on the project. * 16\. Manage subcontractor documentation for the project. * 17\. Maintain updated project documentary files. * 18\. Ensure proper operation of project facilities including dining area, changing rooms, and restrooms. * 19\. Inspect the contents of the first-aid kit. * 20\.
