Food Industry** is looking for a **Store Manager** with experience in the foodservice industry, focused on achieving results, leading teams, and managing end-to-end operations. Responsibilities * Manage the store's overall operations. * Lead, supervise, and motivate the staff. * Ensure achievement of sales targets. * Supervise proper customer service and service quality. * Monitor inventory, shrinkage, and product replenishment. * Supervise cash handling, daily cash counts, and end-of-day closings. * Coordinate with Central Plant for timely product replenishment. * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanliness standards. * Prepare operational and sales reports. * Resolve incidents involving customers and staff. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Gastronomy, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 **years** of experience as Store Manager, Store Supervisor, or Store Coordinator. * Experience in bakeries, cafés, pastry shops, restaurants, or other foodservice businesses. * Experience leading work teams. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Knowledge of inventory control, cash handling, sales, and GMP. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
