Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience managing restaurants, poultry shops, fast-food outlets, or similar businesses. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in **Excel**. * Knowledge of: * Inventory control. * Cash reconciliation and closing. * Team management and leadership. * Customer service orientation and goal attainment. * Availability to work from **11:00 a.m. until store closing**. * **Mandatory availability to work weekends and holidays**, according to operational needs. * **Rotating day off between Monday and Thursday.** Responsibilities: * Supervise the store’s daily operations. * Lead, organize, and motivate the work team. * Control inventory and ensure proper stock replenishment. * Perform cash reconciliation and closing. * Guarantee compliance with service, quality, and hygiene standards. * Manage operational incidents and ensure achievement of store objectives. **Work Location:** Ica. **Important:** This position requires availability to work weekends and holidays, as these are the restaurant’s peak operation and sales days. **Apply now and join the CORRALITO family!** Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
