Location: San Martin de Porres, Lima - Peru Mission: Lead, motivate, and optimize the performance of digital advisors (channels such as WhatsApp, Web, Instagram, and Facebook). The primary objective is to ensure achievement of the company's sales targets by implementing effective conversion strategies and guaranteeing top-tier customer service. Responsibilities: Supervision and leadership, ongoing training, quality audits, commercial reporting.
