Job Description We are looking for an **Operations Supervisor** with experience in food concessions, food service providers, restaurants, or related fields. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising operations, leading work teams, and ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. Requirements * Prior experience as an Operations Supervisor, preferably in food concessions, restaurants, or food service providers. * Experience leading and supervising work teams. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Knowledge of quality and food safety. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to work on-site. Working Conditions **Compensation:** S/ 2,000 to S/ 3,500 per month.
