We are currently seeking talent for our commercial area: proactive individuals with leadership skills, results orientation, and experience managing sales teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead and supervise the commercial team to meet monthly targets. * Prepare sales forecasts and conduct daily and weekly performance tracking. * Design commercial strategies for customer acquisition and sales closure. * Train and provide ongoing support to the team on financial products and sales techniques. * Monitor management indicators and report progress using assigned tools. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a commercial or sales supervisor in the financial sector (MANDATORY) * Experience managing a team of promoters within the financial sector. * Knowledge of payroll-deductible loans and/or payroll deduction agreements. * Experience managing commercial teams and achieving objectives. * Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office.
