HSE LEAD SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
* Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and updating the annual safety, occupational health, and environmental training program to ensure compliance with activities outlined in the Annual Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Program.
* Supervise working conditions, accident investigation results, and environmental studies of the Organization's operations and units to ensure information is available for taking actions or recommendations, and for developing contingency plans that guarantee safe work.
* Develop the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control Determination (IPERC) matrix for assigned areas to ensure information on significant operational process risks is available, and propose preventive measures to minimize risk levels.
* Develop and disseminate HSE talks and training to contribute to fostering a culture of prevention regarding safety and environmental protection.
Requirements
* Licensed professional in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, Mining Engineering, and/or related fields. **Diploma in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management Systems.**
Experience: Minimum 3 years in this or a similar position within transportation companies.
