Proficient use of tools and measurement equipment **AIRCLIM is seeking a technician experienced in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration chambers of all models and brands, ensuring optimal performance and reporting the status of each unit.** **1\. Requirements** Education: Technical graduate from SENATI, TECSUP, or a similar institute in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Maintenance Mechanics. Experience: Minimum 3 years in preventive and corrective HVAC/R maintenance. **2\. Technical Knowledge**: * 1\. Air Conditioning: Split, Floor-Ceiling, Cassette, Ducted, VRF/VRV. All brands. * 2\. Refrigeration: Cold rooms, freezers, display cases. * 3\. Ventilation: Extractors, industrial and commercial fans. * 4\. Reading technical drawings; using manometers, multimeters, and vacuum pumps. **3\. Main Responsibilities** * 1\. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance: cleaning, pressure and amperage measurements, leak detection, component adjustment. * 2\. Diagnose faults and propose solutions for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. * 3\. Record detailed service reports per unit: condition, actions performed, parts replaced, recommendations. * 4\. Safely operate tools and measurement equipment. * 5\. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental best practices regarding refrigerants. **4\.
