Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a software development background to coordinate activities, manage deliverables, and communicate with technical teams and clients. Technical Project Manager – Technology **Work Mode:** Hybrid / On-site as required by the project – Lima **Project Duration:** 2 weeks **PROGRÁMATE** At **PROGRÁMATE**, we are looking to onboard a **Technical Project Manager** for temporary participation in a technology project for one of our key corporate clients. We seek a candidate with a **technical foundation in software development**, strong organizational skills, and leadership capabilities who can quickly integrate into an existing project, understand its technical context, and support the team throughout the assignment period. This role requires combining technological expertise with the ability to coordinate activities, manage deliverables, and communicate effectively with technical teams and clients. What will you do? * Initially participate in project knowledge transfer. * Understand the functional and technical context of solutions under your responsibility. * Coordinate activities with developers, functional analysts, QA, and other specialists. * Track requirements, incidents, pending items, and deliverables. * Maintain communication with all project stakeholders. * Timely identify risks, blockers, or deviations. * Monitor commitment fulfillment. * Participate in technical discussions related to development, APIs, databases, integrations, and deployments. * Support technical incident analysis and resolution. * Maintain necessary documentation up-to-date during the assignment. * Ensure appropriate project continuity during the coverage period. Requirements * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, university graduate, or technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computing, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year of experience participating in software development projects**. * Experience or knowledge in software development. * Ability to technically understand a solution and communicate with development teams. * Knowledge of REST APIs. * Knowledge of SQL databases. * Proficiency with Git / GitHub / GitLab. * Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure. * Knowledge of agile methodologies. * Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or similar tools. Service Conditions * **Duration: 2 weeks.** * Initial phase focused on knowledge transfer and project understanding. * Subsequent phase focused on continuity and execution of assigned activities. * Hybrid work mode. * Availability to attend the client’s offices in person when required. * Engagement via **Professional Services Invoice (Recibo por Honorarios)**. * Fees commensurate with experience and evaluation. * Potential consideration for future PROGRÁMATE projects and assignments based on performance and availability.
