Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Technical Support professional to manage network infrastructure, basic electrical installations, and logistics of technological equipment. Our omnichannel sales platform combines innovation, design, and usability to create experiences that make a difference. **The Position** We are looking for a proactive and organized **Technical Support** professional to join our team, taking responsibility for network infrastructure, basic electrical installations, and logistical management of technological equipment. This opportunity is for you! **What You Will Do:** * Install electrical connections and data points both at the company’s headquarters and for clients. * Install and configure applications on Android-operated devices. * Install and calibrate peripherals (barcode scanners, printers, supply replenishment, etc.). * Manage inventory of technological equipment and supplies. * Prepare equipment shipments to clients and generate corresponding delivery guides. * Coordinate and execute equipment deliveries to end customers. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Technical Professional**, graduated or certified in Networking, Computing, Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years** of proven experience in electrical installations and structured cabling/networking. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in IT support (hardware and software). * Mandatory requirement: Valid driver’s license (Brevete A1\) **What We Offer:** * Base salary: **S/ 2,000\.00** \+ all statutory benefits * Formal employment registration from day one (General Regime) * Working hours: **Monday to Friday**, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, and rotating **Saturdays**, either 8:00 am – 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm * On-site work in **San Isidro** Work Location: On-site employment Salary: S/.1,900\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
