Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Intern to perform hardware and software installation, configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of computer equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse responsibilities in technical support We are looking for the best talent to fill the position of **TECHNICAL SUPPORT INTERN**, located in SMP (in front of Plaza Norte). **Requirements:** · Technical student in the 5th or 6th semester of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related Information Technology programs. · Minimum 6 months of experience—or no experience—as Level 2 Technical Support. · Basic knowledge of hardware and software—Windows and macOS. · Proficiency with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk). · Availability to work onsite from Monday to Saturday, 2 PM to 7 PM, at the client’s location in the SMP district (in front of Plaza Norte). **Responsibilities:** · Installation and configuration of software and applications. · Hardware and software diagnostics. · Replacement of components in desktop computers, laptops, projectors, printers, etc. · Formatting of computer equipment. · Removal of spyware that slows down equipment performance. · Replacement or configuration of IP phones or headsets. · Configuration of email accounts, Dropbox, VPN, antivirus, Wi-Fi, and corporate applications on computers and mobile devices. · Diagnostics and replacement of peripherals. **Benefits:** · Life Insurance (Law) and SCTR. · Continuous training · Growth opportunities in technology.
