Job Summary: Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Back Office technical support to the monitoring and supervision network, ensuring service continuity and participating in technical acceptance processes. Participate in technical acceptance processes. soc \- Konecta Lima Center \- Intermediate English **Intermediate English – Rotating Shifts 24/7** **Work Mode:** On-site (Client's office) Job Objective Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Back Office technical support to the monitoring and supervision network for a specific product line, ensuring service continuity and participating in technical acceptance processes. Working Hours Rotating shifts 24/7 Availability for weekend on-call duty in case of critical outages (24/7 incidents\). Main Responsibilities * First-level (N1\) technical support for the monitoring network. * Handling, logging, and tracking of technical incidents. * Escalation of cases according to established procedures. * Monitoring of alarms, events, and service interruptions. * Participation in the technical acceptance process for services. * Preparation of reports and technical documentation. * On-site support at the client's office. * On-call duty response to critical failures. Requirements * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or professional in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or related fields. * Up to 1 year of experience in Back Office, NOC, monitoring, or technical support. * Intermediate English (MANDATORY). * Basic knowledge of: * Networks and telecommunications. * Service monitoring. * Ticket and incident management. * Availability for night and rotating shifts. * Availability for weekend on-call duty.
