Position Summary: We are seeking a technician with experience in network administration, operating systems, and technical support to manage technological infrastructure and advise users. Equipment Management, Maintenance, and Information Security Candidate Profile: Minimum Education: Completed Technical Program with Certificate of Studies Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years Age: Between 25 and 33 years old Employment Type: Full-time Immediate Availability Location: Preferably residing in districts surrounding Surquillo Start Date: 18\-06\-2026 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Compensation: Market-competitive salary with statutory benefits under the MYPES Regime Requirements / Knowledge: \- Solid Networking Knowledge "CCNA". \- Knowledge of Azure, Office 365, G\-Suite, cPanel, OFFICE 365 \- Knowledge of SharePoint, Google Drive. \- Knowledge of Windows Server \- Knowledge of VMware, Hyper\-V, Cluster \- Knowledge of laser and inkjet printers \- Knowledge of video surveillance cameras \- Knowledge of access control systems \- Knowledge of structured cabling \- Knowledge of switch, router, and firewall configuration \- Knowledge of on-site and cloud backup software \- Knowledge of writing manuals, reports, and service-level agreement (SLA) negotiations Responsibilities: \- Configuration and administration of cPanel, Office 365, SharePoint, G\-Suite \- Ongoing technical consulting (on-site and remote) for all user inquiries or questions. \- Configuration and installation of equipment, printers, photocopiers, scanners, plotters, cameras, and projectors. \- Repair, preventive, and corrective maintenance services for the technological platform. \- Management of orders and inventory for new equipment, spare parts, and accessories. \- Writing diagnostic reports. \- Installation of operating systems, utilities, and engineering software \- Physical and logical maintenance of laptops, PCs, and servers \- Managing hardware replacements and equipment warranties \- Administration of Windows Server roles \- Configuration, installation, and administration of security cameras \- Configuration, installation, and administration of Hikvision access control systems \- Switch, access point, and router configuration \- Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure \- Training users and writing end-user manuals. \- ERP system usage (user level), preferably S10, Soluflex, Sperant — not mandatory \- Data Center administration and monitoring Work Location: On-site employment
