Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a 3D printer and digital manufacturing equipment distributor, responsible for conducting trainings and repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Virtual trainings and customer training The company specializes in distributing 3D printers and digital manufacturing equipment (www.tiendakrear3d.com) and is looking for a professional to fill the position of Technical Support Specialist. Requirements: \- Graduate technician in mechatronics, industrial engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields. \- Experience in mechanics (maintenance, lubrication), electronics (Arduino, stepper motors), 3D printing (FDM, resin), CNC machines, and laser cutters (preferably 1 year). \- Knowledge of software: Cura slicer, Meshmixer, Chitubox. \- Preferred: LaserGRBL, Candle, Autodesk Inventor. \- Willingness to travel within Lima and nationwide. \- Intermediate Excel proficiency. \- Basic English proficiency. \- Working hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM in Chorrillos. Responsibilities: \- Conduct virtual trainings on the entire portfolio of digital manufacturing equipment. \- Deliver training sessions to customers covering all relevant technologies. \- Perform electronic and mechanical repairs on the full portfolio of digital manufacturing equipment. \- Assemble and install 3D printer kits, laser cutter kits, and CNC router kits. \- Provide internal support to the technical support department. \- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
