This is your opportunity to join our renowned Trilce Educational Organization — transforming education for 45 years. **Responsibilities:** * Typing and layout of exams, textbooks, handouts, and academic materials. * Writing answers and answer keys for exams, ensuring clarity and accuracy. * Graphic design of educational materials (exams, handouts, textbooks, visual resources), following pedagogical and graphic guidelines. * Inventory management of received materials, ensuring efficient control and organization of resources. * Task management: organizing and maintaining detailed tracking of assigned tasks, ensuring timely completion. * Receiving and archiving materials generated during academic sessions at the end of each bimonthly period. **Requirements:** * Final-year students or graduates in Graphic Design, Computer Science, and/or Advertising. * Minimum 6 months of experience in layout, design, or similar roles (preferably within the education sector). * Intermediate-level proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Commitment to quality and accuracy in all produced materials. * Availability for full-time work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. **We Offer:** * Learning opportunities. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * The chance to be part of a recognized educational institution committed to Innovation, Respect, Solidarity, and Sincerity.
