Job Summary: We are seeking a Textile Operator to join our fabric manufacturing team, operating weaving and finishing machines, and coordinating and reporting to the supervisor. Key Highlights: 1. Pleasant work environment We are a knitted fabric manufacturer currently seeking a **TEXTILE OPERATOR**, available to work in Ate, with the following profile: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate circular knitting machines in the Knitting Department * Operate fabric finishing machines in the Dyeing Department * Coordinate with the department supervisor to carry out assigned tasks * Attend technical inductions provided by the supervisor * Immediately report to the department supervisor any problems or issues arising during assigned activities * Perform other duties delegated by the immediate supervisor **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Experience in the textile industry * Experience in fabric manufacturing * Responsible, proactive, and eager to develop and learn within the textile industry **WE OFFER:** * Market-competitive salary paid directly through payroll under the General Regime * Weekly payment * Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM + overtime; rotating shifts * Pleasant work environment * Career development within the company * 80% food allowance Salary: S/.380.00 – S/.450.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
