We are currently seeking **FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES \- EAST ZONE.** **Full Job Description** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct field sales activities by visiting stores, minimarkets, florists, markets, and other assigned outlets. * Manage orders and ensure proper product display. * Foster close relationships with customers, provide post-sales follow-up, and coordinate with relevant departments. * Achieve monthly sales, coverage, and visit effectiveness targets, and report any market-related incidents identified. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1\-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), snacks, confectionery, and coffee. * Strong communication skills and customer engagement ability, along with proficiency in sales techniques and closing. * Availability to work in the field in the EAST ZONE, covering the following districts (San Juan de Lurigancho, Ate, Santa Anita, Vitarte). **Competencies:** * Results orientation. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Organization, punctuality, and accountability. * Proactivity and commercial mindset. **Benefits** * Competitive base salary. * Mobility incentives. * Commissions based on achievement of targets. **Working Hours:** Mon\-Fri (8:00 am to 5:30 pm); Sat (8:00 am to 1:00 pm). **Salary:** S/.1,400 \- S/.2,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
