Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive hostess/waiter for restaurant service, with a strong focus on customer service and adherence to standards. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible handling of complex situations We are looking for top talent to fill the position of HOSTESS/WAITER — highly dynamic, proactive, and responsible individuals who can work at the MAGDALENA DEL MAR store. Requirements: Proven experience in restaurant service or as a waiter. Attention to cleanliness and safety. Patience and customer orientation. Responsibilities: Prepare the dining area before, during, and after operations. Follow established service standard procedures at all stages. Communicate warmly, courteously, empathetically, and with a service mindset in all interactions with customers and team members. Handle complex customer situations responsibly, following company-established procedures for such cases. Be responsible for customer attention and welcome, assigning tables according to customer preferences. Operate internal systems. Support the team and receive support for assigned tasks. Working hours: 1:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Workdays: Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. Meals provided.
