Job Summary: A leading automotive sector company is seeking a professional to supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring effective staff coordination and compliance with safety policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages daily warehouse operations and coordinates staff. 2. Supervises and enforces warehouse safety policies. 3. Implements continuous improvements and ensures process compliance. We are EMASA PERÚ, a major multinational company dedicated to the importation and distribution of workshop equipment, tools, and other products in the automotive market. Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring effective coordination among staff. * Supervise and enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure warehouse safety. * Implement improvement projects and/or continuous improvement initiatives within the DC. * Report daily productivity status of assigned personnel, as well as any deviations or observations arising in the warehouse. * Ensure development and updating of performance indicator dashboards. * Ensure compliance with processes according to the already implemented 6S system. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position or similar roles. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * Knowledge of distribution center management. * Work location: Punta Hermosa \- KM38 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
