Provide information and personalized support to employees in cases of illness, accidents, and other related situations. Conduct home or hospital visits to employees across various districts of Metropolitan Lima. Support the management and preparation of indicators for the social wellbeing process. Support company activities as outlined in the annual plan. Assist in tracking medical leaves, subsidies, work-related accidents, and similar matters. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. What are we looking for? Graduate in Social Work Minimum 6 months of experience supporting the Social Wellbeing area within organizations Intermediate English proficiency (mandatory) Communication skills at all levels What will you find here?
