Responsibilities Manage legal matters and contracts. Coordinate with other departments to resolve conflicts. Analyze documents and provide legal advice. Participate in strategic and planning meetings. · Requirements Prior experience in similar roles. Knowledge of legal and corporate regulations. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Register real estate properties with the municipality and SUNARP. Recover overdue receivables. Handle procedures at OSCE/MINSA. Recover real estate assets. Sanitation and recovery of real estate assets.
