




Position Summary: Administrative Assistant to the General Directorate, responsible for document management, calendar administration, and operational coordination, maintaining organization and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive document and archive management. 2. Calendar administration and meeting coordination. 3. Participation in the development and monitoring of operational plans. POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive, register, file, and route documentation entering the General Directorate, maintaining an orderly physical and electronic record while preserving its integrity and confidentiality. Draft memoranda, official letters, correspondence, and other documents issued by the General Directorate to various departments. Maintain and optimize the organization of the General Directorate’s documentary collection to ensure efficient retrieval, transfer, and control of documentation. Manage the General Director’s calendar and schedule work meetings according to the Directorate’s priorities. Participate in coordination, monitor, and evaluate the General Directorate’s operational plan in collaboration with the entity’s various departments, as well as prepare it in the required formats. Prepare the inventory of goods and services requirements, in accordance with current regulations, to meet the department’s needs. Prepare service requisitions and acceptance documents for the General Directorate. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Graduate or final-cycle student in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Knowledge of Public Management. Proficiency in Office Software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). One (1) year of experience in the Public and/or Private sector.
