Job Summary: We are seeking an Ambulance Dispatch Center Operator to manage and record clinical histories, provide support, and coordinate emergency care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and records clinical histories 2. Provides support at the ambulance dispatch center 3. Coordinates emergency care and home medical visits We are a company that provides health emergency services and are recognized for the quality of patient care. Our Surco office requires personnel in the ambulance dispatch center (data entry) department. Main Responsibilities: Reviewing clinical histories. Recording clinical histories in Drive. Providing support to the dispatch center (Call Center) operator. Receiving emergency or home medical visit requests, providing time slot availability to providers, and dispatching units to fulfill the requested care or emergency. Issuing invoices and receipts via the SUNAT portal. Requirements: Secondary, technical, or university education. Customer service experience (preferred). Knowledge of the healthcare sector (preferred). Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. Punctuality, organization, decision-making ability, and ability to work under pressure.
