Opportunity for professional growth and development At **CORPORACION MICA SAC**, we are seeking a **Site Supervising Architect** with solid experience in the management and supervision of integrated projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that civil works and electrical installations comply with established standards for quality, safety, timelines, and budgets. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Field Supervision:** Supervise execution of civil works (structures, finishes, drywall, etc.) and electrical installations (low and medium voltage, switchboards, lighting). * **Quality Control:** Verify that materials and construction processes comply with technical specifications and project drawings. * **Schedule Management:** Ensure adherence to project milestones and proactively report schedule deviations. * **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS):** Supervise compliance with on-site safety regulations to prevent accidents. * **Reporting and Valuations:** Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, quantity surveying control, and review valuations submitted by subcontractors. * **Coordination:** Act as liaison among management, clients, and work crews (civil workers and electricians). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 to 5** years supervising general services or preventive/corrective maintenance projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficient in reading structural drawings and single-line electrical diagrams. * Familiarity with current regulations (National Building Regulation and National Electrical Code). * Experience in warehouse and construction material inventory management (desirable). * **Software:** Proficiency in AutoCAD (intermediate/advanced), MS Office, and MS Project. * **Skills:** Team leadership, negotiation ability, on-site problem-solving, and strong attention to detail. **Benefits:** * Competitive market-aligned salary * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Contract for a specific project or service.
