Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed and registered Architecture Specialist to lead the design and management of infrastructure projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure approval of deliverables. Construction Company, RUC 20550336503, is seeking top talent for the position of: ***01 Architecture Specialist*** **Requirements:** \- Architect, licensed and registered \- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical file design for infrastructure projects (schools, medical centers, citizen security facilities) \- Architectural design compliant with current regulations and the National Building Code (RNE) \- Knowledge of safety regulations \- Basic proficiency in tools used for client project presentations (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, etc.) \- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, punctuality, and organizational discipline \- Knowledge of project management and BIM **Responsibilities:** \- Lead multidisciplinary teams under your supervision. \- Coordinate and monitor project development (including structural, sanitary, electrical, and other specialties) to resolve incompatibilities. \- Integrate technical files developed within the projects department. \- Liaise with end-user entities and clients to obtain approval of deliverables. \- Manage effectiveness measures for change and configuration control processes across various infrastructure components. \- Collaborate with clients in defining and clarifying project objectives. \- Plan all aspects of the project, identifying required activities, resources, timelines, and estimated costs. \- Maintain ongoing external project relationships: clients, suppliers, subcontractors, other departments, etc. \- Make necessary decisions to continuously assess progress against established objectives. \- Implement appropriate corrective actions to address any deviations detected. \- Supervise observation reports from various disciplines to ensure regulatory compliance. **Competencies:** \- Coordinate, supervise, and direct all on-site work in accordance with the specialty. \- Commitment \- Punctuality \- Results-oriented \- Proactivity \- Teamwork \- Organizational and planning ability **Work Location:** Golf los Incas 202 \- Surco Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm **Other:** Willingness to travel if required by projects Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * What is your gross salary expectation?
