What will be your mission? Provide comprehensive support to the sales department, ensuring agile, efficient, and high-quality service to our healthcare sector clients. Main Responsibilities Customer service via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and website. Preparation and follow-up of quotations. Order registration and tracking until delivery. Coordination with internal departments (logistics, production, administration). Resolution of customer incidents and complaints. Updating the customer database. Support in commercial reporting and sales performance indicators. Identification of sales opportunities. Candidate Profile Proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual. Excellent communication and customer service skills (empathy). Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. High stress tolerance and resilience. Positive attitude and solution-focused mindset. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales. Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, WhatsApp Business, email). Healthcare sector experience preferred but not mandatory. Availability for on-site work in Lima.
