Position Summary:
A comprehensive accounting analyst responsible for accruals, financial analysis, financial closing, tax compliance, and inventory management.
Key Highlights:

3. Participation in financial closings and physical inventories.
01 - Accrue purchase documents (invoices, receipts, professional service receipts, withholdings, and any other documents). Prepare the digital purchase register file and likewise accrue the accounting books required by law.
02 - Analyze and accrue import settlements in the import software. Record imports and withholdings (electronic).
03 - Perform accruals and inventory control for both inventory inflows and outflows (accounting).
04 - Prepare and submit the monthly INEI survey (goods and/or services).
05 - Analyze to forward projects to results.
06 - Financial closing: Accruals for subscriptions, insurance, and interest; transfers from current to non-current accounts; account analysis and required adjustments such as foreign exchange differences.
07 - Submit weekly billing reports by department.
08 - Analyze and accrue settlements submitted by staff and petty cash funds.
09 - Accrue payroll journal entries, vacation accruals, CTS, and bonuses.
10 - Prepare and file tax obligations (PDTs).
11 - Participate in physical inventory counts, Kardex reports, and cash reconciliations to verify that inventory balances match ledger records.
12 - Maintain control over legalization and printing of primary and auxiliary books under the company’s responsibility to comply with legal and tax requirements.
13 - Submit and pay AFP NET and PLAME (PDT 601) within the 5th business day; submit and pay (SIRE - PDT 621 – IRTA (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th categories) – DAOT-ITAN – Capital Gains, etc.) within the 8th business day.
