




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to manage employee onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, payroll preparation, and related accounting tasks within an agro-industrial company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personnel and payroll management 2. Preparation of employment contracts and labor documentation 3. Payroll analysis and accounting entries AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPANY REQUIRES A PAYROLL ASSISTANT TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING TASKS: 1. Registration of employee onboarding and offboarding in the T-Register 2. Preparation of employment contracts 3. Opening of workers’ payroll accounts / Management of Telecrédito 4. Sending labor documents to workers’ email addresses 5. Preparation of payroll for workers and employees 6. Calculation of vacation days, medical leaves, and subsidies 7. Enrollment of workers in SCTR and Life Insurance Law (Vida Ley) 8. Other tasks related to the Human Resources department ACCOUNTING TASKS: 1. Generation of payroll-related accounting entries 2. Analysis of accounts 14/40/41 related to payroll 3. Analysis of payroll costs required by management 4.
