End-to-end management of personnel processes **Job Description:** We are looking for one final-year student or graduate in Psychology, HR, or related fields, with experience in HR processes and administrative management, who is organized, responsible, and service-oriented. Responsibilities * Management and control of **employment contracts and renewals**. * Administration of **vacations, medical leaves, and permissions**. * Monitoring of **timekeeping records, attendance, tardiness, and absences**. * Preparation and follow-up of **memos, internal communications, and disciplinary actions**, per internal regulations. * Management of **personnel onboarding and offboarding**. * Maintenance and updating of **physical and digital personnel files**. * Registration and updating of information in **personnel management systems**. * Direct coordination with employees to regularize documentation. * Direct response to employee inquiries. Requirements * Final-year student or graduate in Psychology, HR, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in **Personnel Administration / Operational HR**. * Contract renewals * Vacations * Timekeeping records * Onboarding and terminations * Experience working with **operational and administrative staff**. * Knowledge of basic labor documentation. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. * Ability to work **under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously**.
