We are currently seeking talented professionals like you to fill the position of SSOMA ASSISTANT.
**Requirements:**
**Academic Qualification:**
● Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields.
**Experience:**
● 6 months of experience in similar positions.
**Specific Knowledge:**
● Training in occupational safety and health topics.
● Proficiency in standard computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
● Training in Integrated Management Systems.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Document control for ISO standards.
* Awareness-raising and training on Occupational Safety and Health topics.
* Scheduling of Occupational Medical Examinations (EMO).
* Periodic review of policies, procedures, instructions, and formats of the Management System; periodic verification of the update status of the Internal Documents Master List and Records Master List.
* Coordination with process owners to implement corrective and preventive actions arising from internal and/or external audits, Complaints and Claims Matrix, and Non-Conforming Services of the organization, and verification of their effectiveness.
* Allocation of resources (personnel, vehicles, machinery, and equipment) according to project specifications.
* Other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
